About Us

Cytacom Solutions Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (Cyta). The company was registered in July 2001 and commenced its operations in close cooperation with Cyta, to enable the provision of integrated electronic communication solutions to the end customer.

Memberships

Cytacom Solutions Ltd is a member of Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Employers and Industrialists Federation. The company is also a certified member of the Cyprus Institute of Technology for the provision of consultancy services on Information Technology and General Management. As from November 2004, Cytacom Solutions Ltd is a Cisco Premier Certified Partner, specializing in wireless LAN solutions. The CISCO certification denotes the company’s recognized ability to design, sell, install, and support CISCO networking solutions as well as its commitment to deliver competent implementation services and outstanding support.

Our Mission

The company’s mission is the provision, in cooperation with Cyta, of Integrated Solutions for Telecommunications and Information Technology, for Electronic Communication of voice, data and multimedia.

Personnel

Despite the relatively short period of company’s operations, its personnel has great experience in the field of private networks and the provision, installation, maintenance and support of terminal equipment. The fact that a lot of expertise and support is also derived from Cyta, who was for many years the sole supplier of the relevant products and services in the Cyprus market, should also be taken into consideration.

Cytacom’s personnel academic background covers the fields of Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Electronics. Furthermore, the majority of the company’s personnel hold a Masters degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications and Networking. The continuous internal and external trainings, as well as conferences’ participation ensure constant knowledge enrichment. Cytacom also works very closely with its partners to ensure that the latest workable technology is promptly made available to its clientele to give them competitive advantage.
